Restrictions

Restrictions are things that keep us out of trouble,
But do any of us follow the restrictions?
Some of us maybe,
Others not so well.
See as people we are meant to break the rules,
It we choose to do so.
I know that with restrictions
They act as a hold on us,
But I am proud to say,
No one has a hold on me.
The reason is because I am free,
As free as what most people want to be
And I live how I want to.

To see the world in a grain of sand,
Is to see nothing at all.
The world is more complected
And bigger then a grain.

Oh my bleeding heart

Oh I have a heart that is black,
The black is better then your soul.
The heart beats its final beat
As it bleeds all over his body.
It is cold now, silent and grim
It cast little light, it is silent and dim.
I scream at it to love once again,
But alas! It cannot hear me,
My heart just sits there,
Silent and bleeding.

Anger Revisited

A time that passed, My heart was black,
I had to move on, You pulled me back,
You dragged me down.
My soul did sell
Condemned me back to this hell.
From which I'd worked to get away
I'm back here now and here shall stay,
Watching demons within my mind
I was a fool, I was blind,
I once believed but now see lies
Give way to pain and doubt arise
A web of doom.
The mind does weave
I understand I shall not leave.
The introvert, The shy recluse
I tried to change, It was no use
I'll try no more shan't wasn't my time
In your cold eyes my life, A crime.
Infinite thoughts in one mind crammed
It pleases you to see me dammened.
Each day of darkness through and through
My life destroyed because of  you!

Soul of darkness

I slip into the darkness
Fallen from the sky
I feel tremendous pain
So much I wish to die
My blackened soul descends
To wallow in my demise
I hold my cloak to my chest
To shield me from your lies
A trickle of bloody tears
My soul has left
But not my fears.

Feeling of trying
Love slowly dying
Pain growing stronger
Depression having hold longer

Remember your lies

As I lay on the floor
In a dark pool of blood,
My life flowing away with every drop,
I remember you and your lies.
As the knife cuts deeply in my veins,
The crimson blood seeps out,
But the pain in lessened and turns to numbness.
I close my eyes and I see your face,
Your sky blue eyes that melt my soul,
Your blood red lips that spoke such cruel words
As I remember you and your lies,
But now all hope is gone.
My blood flows like a never ending river
And only one thing helps me die.

Soldiers

The military is still fighting
Fighting for our lives,
Our freedom.
We support that they come back to us
Alive and well
And that they saved our lives and freedom.
Marching each day
Dying left and right
Knowing that they have a cause
The cause is us,
The cause is their family, friends, and freedom.
They will fight to the end
Going head first into the battle zone.
They are brave soldiers
They are what some of us will become.
